Bericote take home the award for Best Overall Scheme – Coventry Logistics Park at IAS Awards ceremony yesterday.
The site was purchased from the Receiver within 10 days from receipt of sales contract, with planning consent secured in 13 weeks.
The scheme consists of 3 Speculative built units totalling 785,000 sq ft over 42 acres, with all units now pr e let to DHL, Geodis and Viad.
The scheme achieved BREEAM Outstanding at 91.7%, £2.5 million spent on local supply chain and over £2.4 million in social value.
