410,000 sq ft on 25 acres – Project cost: £100 million.

In 2014, Bericote completed the site search, site selection and development of a new 410,000 sq ft high bay fully automated distribution facility for ASDA. The development created 800 jobs for the local community.

The completed development is a purpose-built ambient distribution warehouse, designed to accommodate the specific operational requirements of ASDA who will use the facility to distribute goods throughout the North West.

The facility comprises a single building with a floor area of approximately 410,000 sq ft on a site of approximately 28 Acres. The building height is split at two levels of approximately 25m and 40m.
